I told the guy who helped me that I needed a car wash after the oil change, they took 2 hours and no car wash was done! I am now wondering if they even did an oil change. Worst customer service since I live in riverside I did not go back to complain. I rather pay for my oil change next time and get the service I need at riverside honda. I will be contacting corporate and the manager from diamond honda

The representative did what he could to help however being shorthanded with no help from management is not right...manager sat in his office and then walked around and never once offered to help...that is poor customer service...the line was out the door. The setup is not customer friendly either...people were arguing about who was next in line...

Regina was extremely courteous from beginning to end. After signing in for my A1 maintenance she explained it would take about 1.5 hrs and showed me wherewhere the lobby was located. About 10 min so prior to my car being completed she came to the lobby and stated they would do a courtesy car was. I was notified by text shortly afterwards that my car was completed and could go to the cashier. The cashier was on the phone and Regina assisted with my payment and walked me to my car.
