There needs to be better communication with the customers. I do understand things are a lot different With COVID-19. But good communication would go a long way

We purchased a new Honda Insight for our daughter this past weekend and had a due bill for some service to the car. Upon receiving the call to schedule the service I understood the appointment date and time to be on July 2nd at 9:00 am. To my amazement when I got there, Mr. Rushing informed that the appointment was actually scheduled for July 9th at 9:00 am. Not wanting to inconvenience me, Mr Rushing made a phone call and was able to have the appointment time changed for today. The commensurate professional, his exceptional customer service was again on full display as he took care of all our service needs. This purchase was our 8th Honda vehicle and the 5th that we have purchased at Diamond Valley Honda. The fluids were not checked, the tires not aired up, car not washed and I had to ask for the transmission fluid to be checked and filled. I came there because diamond Valley auto and smog made my car leak, now it's leaking even worse. Unfortunately this issue isn't your teams fault nor problem to fix. Your staff is very courteous and respectful. Just a few things were forgotten yet most of the reason I came in. Please don't mind me really bad week, your staff had done as much as possible to accommodate me. Thank you.
