Joel has really good customer service skills. He’s very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Joel knows how to provide great customer service. Joel offered me a car wash and I said yes. This time I requested Joel because I had him before as a service advisor and had other service advisors but I personally prefer Joel. Keep up the good work Joel because you will definitely be recognized for your hard work and skills.

Joel was very kind, no problem with him whatsoever but dissatisfied with the oil being spilt all over the engine of my brand new vehicle and although I had an appointment I was waiting over three hours. Multiple customers came in after me and left before me. My paper when I checked in said I didn’t have an appointment today but I did. I felt like a careless job was done on my oil change and with something like this happening makes me feel like care and concern for my vehicle wasn’t given. Again, Joel was great, kind, courteous, and professional. It was the service my car received that wasn’t the quality I expected.

James **** explained what was going to be done and was informative with what will need to be done on my next visit. He even said he will accept coupons even if they have expired. I have two issues that I didn’t like. First, there were people at Honda with no masks. That made me uncomfortable. Second, it took almost 3 hour for an oil change. Had I known it was going to take so long, I would had asked to be taken home.

Had an appointment at 11:45. Checked status of my car two hours later, @ 1:45. I was told that it would be another two hours, at minimum. My car had not even been looked at yet. I took my car and left. Nothing was looked at or fixed.
