The reason I went to the service department was to have my 2017 CR-V checked for a problem I have had shortly after I bought the vehicle. I have been going back and forth with the manager and recently the corporate representative. They just want bandage the problem instead of solving it. They offered to give me free tires to remedy the problem but the tires in the rear wear a lot faster and unevenly. I am consulting with another mechanic and looking for an attorney that will help me report a “lemon.” This situation has brought about more expenses and time wasted trying to remedy the problem. I was asked to bring the vehicle again to service when Corp is there with the report other mechanic gave me. I should not be doing this! Honda you have lost a faithful Honda buyer!

The service department had only one task. Securely hold my key for 45 minutes. O was completely satisfied with their ability to do this track. All the technical work was done over the previous 10 days by FIX Collision repair, they did a fantastic job of painting the peeling Honda factory paint job.
