The service member who charged me for my service was very rude! After I asked him the tax rate for the county and why I was being charged so much tax he got an attitude. He said I was being charged for the oil disposal fee, so I asked isn’t that charged with the oil change? Then he got more upset and starting throwing a tantrum!! I refused to sign the paperwork saying I picked up my car. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN, I can’t believe I actually bought my car there! I will be leaving a review on your accounts as well. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!

Waited too long for the car wash. This happened before. After the work was done, why does it take so long for the car to be washed? I have Heard other people complain when I was there before about how long it takes to get the car washed. Do you need to have more people washing the cars? The service itself did not take so long. The next time I think I will just skip the car wash. I’d like to have the carWash, but why does it take so long? You need to hire more people to have that part done faster. James was just fine. The service itself was just fine. But why does it take so long for the car wash? You could do a much better job with that part of your service.

Yes the service to the car that I received from Jesse was great however I did mention that sometimes the mechanics leave behind dirt or oil. It happened again where the mechanic who brought my car to me apparently had oil or dirt on his sleeve because he left dirt on my armrest the middle Consol. Other than that I always have great service
