You now charge more for a simple oil change than anywhere else I take my cars even though I provide the oil and filter. But what irritated me the most was that you kept the car - and my daughter- waiting over 2-1/2 hours just to change the oil. I wonder if I had paid you for a normal full synthetic oil change if you would have treated us the same way. Don’t give me an appointment for 2:30 - when you know we have to wait - if you can’t get to the car until 4pm...
Keeping ME waiting is one thing but I told my daughter it shouldn’t take more than an hour or a little more and you kept her there until after 5pm.

When I checked in with James ****, I signed a paper that my total bill would be $2 and change to cover tax. He asked if I wanted a tire rotation and I said only if it was included. I said I did not want to pay anything extra. When I paid one hour and 45 minutes later the representative told me the total was $27.10. I asked why because James had said it would be tax only. The man said it was for the tire rotation “which I had asked for and signed for.” So I paid it but I am not happy about it.

He was rude and very disrespectful when I came in explained honda in Oklahoma put new tires on balanced aligned. Lost a weight coming home ..Oklahoma said all hondas will replace lost weight...so when I explained it and he said whi is gonna pay for it and he continued with this kind of attitude
