Took way to long ur people looked overwhelmed. 2+hours with only a sorry. Had to ask and it was done but did not gt to me. Who was in charge in service? No leadership.

I had asked numerous times in replacing my skid plate to please inform me as to what parts I would need to purchase. Was informed at the very end no need the tech fix it and it’s good to go. That was false I now have a torn fender liner and under for there so called fix. Instead of just informing of what part needed to be replace completely made it worse.
