My service adviser was communicating with me via text messages which I was fine with. The problem was he stopped responding to my text messages. I then started to call him and was not able to get a hold of him that way either. I was told multiple times that he would call me right back...he never did. I was looking for a simple answer on whether my vehicle was ready to go. I ended up being forced to talk with a manager who called me back immediately and gave me the simple response I was looking for. I just don’t know why it had to come to that.

Service writer was very good and polite. I was not happy with the fact that the person driving my car back to me was not wearing a mask. It doesn’t project that your business Is taking the current health pandemic seriously. My wife and I are both in our late 60’s and more precautions would have appreciated.
