Your telephone answering service is terrible. It states it will text you and then it doesn’t answer questions. Just let me speak to a human. I accidentally called Moreno Valley Honda and was surprised I got to talk to someone. I told the person that too and he chuckle.

I did have a number of issues with my repair. The management handled it responsibly. The problem had nothing to do with my original service advisor.
I think your policy should be “Tell the customer the truth.” Speaking for myself, I understand the best laid plans get messed up. Tell it to me straight. I’ll be reasonable and understanding (probably). I won’t be understanding if you get caught misleading me.
All-in-all, I’m satisfied.
