I felt like my associate did not communicate much with me during my service. Every other visit is feels like most individuals assisting provide me with information prior to my car being ready. For instance, the specific service my car had a nail in the tire and I was not verbally notified. When I came in to pick up my car the associate that I dropped off my car with made no effort to acknowledge the customers waiting before me nor did she acknowledge myself. We waited about 7 minutes before someone else came into the office and we were helped by them. I understand that it was busy more busy than usual. But I feel like it was important to notify the client about the nail in my tire not sure if the service isn’t provided at diamond valley but if I was to not read my documents and just trust the brief and quick description given to me on check out I would not have known of the nail, this possibly resulting in a flat tire etc.
