The only things that my husband was unhappy with is he didn’t really think the brakes needed to be replaced yet since they were at a four, and he would’ve liked to have been told that we could go a bit longer. I was the one calling to check the status and had trouble getting through on the phone lines, and even was told that they were unable to help me (The automated system), And then disconnected I understand that things happen, but just hopefully the phone lines can get figured out. And maybe when it comes to replacing brakes give the customer the option of waiting until it’s actually necessary instead of spending money ahead of time. Martine was great though.
