This is my 3rd Honda so I have visited a few service centers. I always feel uneasy at the thought of going to one because I see them as being money-hungry and dishonest. This visit was no exception. I was there about a recall with the steering column and to have my brakes checked so there was no expectation of payment for anything. And then i was told I had 2 nails in my tire and one was not repairable so I needed a new tire. I knew instantly it was a lie to get $ from me. Immediately went to a tire shop and there was only 1 nail that was removed and the hole repaired. This is not the first time I was told this lie by a dealership service center. You people should be ashamed. Oh and the ladies who worked up front were not friendly at all.

I went to pick up my car and there was no gas in the tank. It said 0 miles left in the tank. I shouldn’t have to go and get gas from something that could’ve been taken care of when I took it in for the recall.

Not Satisfied, The reasons are :
1. Still the bolt is running back and forth at the driver's downside randomly and technician said it's not sounding while testing. They should open and check thoroughly.
2. Car Wash was not done properly.
3. Vehicle settings setup was inaccurate and not checked when delivering it to the customer. For ex, Lane mitigation is off state and LCD screen was not setup correctly.
