Working with Danielle was fine. She just happened to be the unfortunate person who discovered the error and false information that was given to me regarding my vehicle warranty. I have no complaints about her. She was professional and I'm sure she did everything that was allowed to her at the time. I am upset that I was told my warranty was active when it was not, even after calling to confirm the fact several months ago.
