When I contacted the service department Martine answered the phone. I explained to her that my sister has Alzheimer’s disease and I need to get in and out as quickly as possible. She advised me to come after noon. Martine checked me in and, except for a quick car wash, I was done in an hour. I really appreciated her kindness. Martine is an excellent service tech! Thank you.
