Danielle is absolutely amazing and provided excellent customer service. She listened to my concerns and addressed all my honda needs. Her and her team took great care handling my Type R and I will definitely come back next time I need service. This is the only place I trust with my car in SoCal! Honestly, it was the worst experience I’ve ever ever had at a dealership. I I just purchased my car for the first time and this was my first service appointment there it makes me never want to go back to them. I’d rather pay extra somewhere else even though I already have the Honda care package they were rude. They had the wrong car they tried to get me to buy stuff that my car didn’t need The Angela, who helped me was rude. She was short with me. She seem like she didn’t want to help me with my situation. I was just about to go back to purchase Honda pilot But now I will not be doing that I will be going elsewhere and getting a Chevy traverse. I did speak with the manager, and she said they weren’t able to take the fall documentation off of my record that Does not set well with me. Horrible experience
