No I am not satisfied with the service, when I left my Honda civic sport in your care, I had close to half of a tank of gas, to cover over 200 miles, when I picked up my car had enough for 55 miles,so no I am satisfied with your service,

I do think there should be more communication within the staff. I had to come back twice and it was a very far distance for me and then when I dropped it off, they said two hours and it turned out to be five. My husband is a mechanic and he said it should not take longer than two hours-Communication again is key with customer service .

You really should hire more staff the desk “advisors “ are very disconnected and dismissive. When my car was ready I had to wait for the entire waiting room people were attended, they said there was no rentals but gave a rental to someone who was waiting, I would have got all my service repairs done but the horrible service made me run. When I got my car there was a part left on my dashboard like if I am supposed to put it back on myself. The reason I go to a shop is for a full service not a half **** job. Do better!
