She was very friendly but I didn’t get what I came for: a tire rotation, tire pressure check and multipoint inspection AND it took 2 hours and 45 minutes to complete the service I did get.

Had to pay $922 for a mistake Honda made during assembly. This amount was after a discount. This is why we own Hyundais now. Honda sales, service, and quality has decreased, and Honda needs to recognize this.

I am not completely satisfied. With your charges of $98.00 something for just oil change with complementary car wash, I believed that was too much. My car just washed and dried, the dirt still there, the inside was not clean. With my experienced with other car dealer and compare you are far off.

Waited to long. I gave him the correct phone number when I gave home the keys. Said I was waiting in the wait area. He said 1 and 1/2 hours. After 2 1/2 hours I went to check. He said he called twice. To the number I told him no longer works. He said he updated the number, however on the paperwork I got still has the old number. By getting this notice you do have the correct number somewhere. Just way too long to wait and no car wash.

I went in for an oil change tire rotation, and they just completed the oil change. They said they couldn’t find the special lock for the lugs and I told them it was in the glove compartment. They replied with they didn’t see it right they handed me the keys to my vehicle. I pulled it out for them from the glove compartment.
