First I schedule a b1 service oil change and tire rotation, I was charged for the service but no tire rotation was done , I mark a front tire because it happened before I took my car and the mark tire was at the same place, I went back inside and the advicer told oh is because you need new tires my problem is why they didn’t told me this before why charge me rotations when they didn’t do it, how many times you guys trick people like that.
