i have been coming to this dealer for 3 years i purchased my vehicle here & i thought i could trust them with my services i took my car in for a simple oil change and from the start i was neglected. The man who took care of me was in a rush checking me in, didn’t even print out my paper work or let me know when my car was going to be ready. He just had me sign the tablet and ran off right after. This dealership has gotten very unorganized and i’m disappointed to say the least. I live out in temecula so you can imagine how upset i was that i couldn’t receive my car the same day i took it. There was absolutely no communication between the service department and myself. I took my car in at 3:30 received a checkin text at 3:32 stating the promise date of my vehicle was August 8th at 7:32 pm. i called at 6:30 pm to find out when my car was going to be ready because usually i receive text message updates and no one answered. I’m not sure if his name was Ulices but his name was on my paper work. Not only did i waste my time coming down here the next morning i had to miss work to pick up the vehicle that was supposed to be ready the same day i dropped it off. People trust you with their vehicles and their time so do better.

I did have one thought. If your guys are going to wash my car at least do a decent job. Don't provide the service if they are just looking to knock some dirt off. I'd rather they didn't touch it. Wash the car as if it was their's. Just food for thought. I'm sure I'm not the only one that says anything. Thanks
