I purchased new tires 2 weeks ago, i requested no tire rotation but tires were rotated anyway. When I reminded Angela that I had requested no rotation she stated I got the service for free which wasn’t true as the oil change/tire rotation is included in the $134 that I paid which demonstrates a lack of integrity on her part. Will make sure to request another service rep next time.

I had to call or follow up for several DAYS to find out when my car was finished. I waited until the very end of the first day to call and that is when they informed me the part wouldn’t be in until the following day. The lack of communication is enough to make me try a different dealership next time. The following day I only received a text mid day to ask me if I had any questions but no actual update of what was happening or when it would be finished. Later I responded to the text and said I hadn’t received any communication on what was going on at which point they stated my car was finished. I am originally from Orange County and the weir canyon dealership was much more communicative and efficient than Hemet. I am very disappointed.
