I came in at 9:45 am for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was at 10:45 and I asked if I should come back. I was assured that no this was easy I would get in quickly and back out quickly. I walked out the door at 12:15 PM. 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and a tire rotation and no car washed because car wash was down. I don’t know how it could’ve taken that long.
I believe the work was done correctly. I believe the person who helped me was an excellent customer service representative and handled her part well.

There were window chips to be repaired and this was not done. When I picked up my car this was brought to their attention. I was told they would look into this. I sent a message regarding this and have still not heard from anyone and it’s been over a week. I would appreciate a call back regarding the window chips in my vehicle.
