Danielle was the best person you could ask for as far as helping us out. The service there was excellent. Was sucked is we were told we purchased a certain warrenty which turned out to be not true. The salesman at diamond valley Honda who sold us the car lied to us and now we’re stuck having to pay for the repair we thought was covered. Needless to say we will be buying our next Honda elsewhere.

I am very thankful for Dani taking the time to speak to the sales department to help resolve my transportation issues. I am disappointed with the amount of time and lack of communication when my car was in for repairs. I appreciate the sales department making it right by getting me into a great alternative car with no additional monthly payments. I am disappointed that I bought a car and spent so much $ on repairs and had the hassle of begging for rides when it was in the shop for 29 days only having owned it 4 months. The stress and inconvenience makes it hard for me to say completely satisfied. In the end I was taken care of and am grateful for that.
