FROM DAY ONE UNTIL THE DAY MY CAR WAS READY TO BE PICKED UP SHE WAS IN CONTACT W ME EVERY 2-3 DAYS OR SO.... VERY VERY SATISFIED W HER WORK SHE SHOULD GET A RISE OR PROMOTION ON HER WORK!! I got my vehicle returned damaged and was told something different than what actually happened to my vehicle. It took days almost a week for me to get my answers about what actually happened to my car. I also never actually got my vehicle fixed. I paid over $1200 just for them to return my car still problematic. 0/10 I don’t recommend hemet Honda auto center. Poor customer service. Associates accused me of lying as to what was wrong with my be. Never returning.
