I thought that was going to be taken off the charge of $371. But it was not. The repair took about an hour. I think that is a LOT of money! I’m just really disappointed. Lois K

Tire pressure was 33 not 36 right after having the tires rotated. Not the first time that’s happened. Such an easy thing to do, too. Look at what was done and ask yourself if you’d be 100% satisfied after spending close to $1000 for routine maintenance. The other work is fine but why this lingers is frustrating.

I thought when I bought my car and paid for the certified maintenance plan it would give me discounts on services and free oil changes or at least that is what I was told. I haven't been offered anything or any discounts. It doesn't seem it was explained well or wasn't completely honest.
