I made known my concerns of scratches on the matte black rims after my first visit to west side Toyota. In my opinion were caused during the tire rotation since I’ve had zero reason to take the wheels off since we purchased it. The same concern I’ve made in subsequent visits and with no push back whatsoever. Well today the Mr. Grillo seemed bothered by my concerns to the point adding a note from the technician who worked on my truck today. First off I don’t care his opinion since I’m the one solely responsible for the vehicle when it is returned at the end of my lease if I choose not keep it. All I ask is the my property is respected and if concerns cannot be openly expressed and my business is not appreciated I can go to another Toyota for the remainder of my provided service. Let it also be known that Mr. Grillo stated he was not up for debate about my concerns in which I feel this isn’t nor shall it be open for debate since I’m the customer. I stand by what I made known and feel if pictures are warranted I will provide them. Felt that the issue was discussed in enough detail at the onset of my service and adding what his technician wanted to was unnecessary on my invoice. All that needed to be stated was “we’ll be more careful” end of discussion. My initial encounters were smooth and no issues but today not so much. Thank you for your time.

Adrianna did great and was responsive to my follow up questions. My concern is that the oil change was not listed on the invoice. I followed up and she confirmed both verbally and via text that the oil change has been completed. I was particularly sensitive the issue due to having another Toyota dealership verbally committing to service and subsequently being denied that service.
Again, Adrianna was great and responsive. However, I am providing this feedback to comment on the system that prevented the proper invoice and to document confirmation of the oil change.
