Greetings. I had made an appointment for Friday, December 12 three weeks ago. I brought the car in at 8:45 AM for a 9 AM appointment. I asked the service representative to do the oil change and give me a review of what the car needed done to prepare for winter. I contacted the service department at an approximately 1:20 PM because I had requested the car back at 1 PM. At that time I was texted a link to summarize the service needs. I was not told if the oil change was done or not. And since it was past the time when II contacted the service department at a approximately 1:20 PM because I had requested the car back at 1 PM. And since it was past the time when I needed the car, it did not allow any time for any of the deeper service to be done. It took me about four calls to connect with the service department. I would’ve allowed you guys to do more work on the car, but the service report came out so late that we had to pick up the car. I was grateful that at least the oil change was done. Now I have to schedule another time (and I’m deciding which Toyota dealer I would use) to do the other service items. I’m quite disappointed with the service and debating if I’m ever coming back.

The wait time to register my vehicle in order to get service was long. Customers should be able to register their vehicles as soon as they pull into the drive and in the building. Two employees were assisting customers. Two vehicles were in front of me. With iPad in hand, they asked a series of questions to the customers. This took approximately 20 minutes with all vehicles running. When looking into the employee area, several people were sitting and on their computers working. All employees were polite but the wait was too long to get my vehicle registered for service. Also, it stated on my form that my gas tank was empty, it was not. The tank was full. Finally, charging customers a 3% surcharge when using credit cards is simply ridiculous.

The only problem I experienced was that I wasn't informed that my car was ready for pickup. The last text I received was from the mechanic working on the car. That was around 3Pm. At about 5:45, I called to find out if my car was ready. It was. However, the person I was talking to was unable to contact someone to arrange for an after hours pick up. I had to make arrangements to pick it up the next day. If I was not retired and I had been still working, this would have been a bigger problem than it was

I picked up my vehicle with the same issue I dropped it off with. My steering wheel warmer doesn’t function properly and has been gradually getting weaker and the manager stated it’s normal behavior. I will have to wait for it to completely fail I guess. It’s winter and cold and I can’t utilize that feature the way I should be able to. There’s been so much back and forth to get my issues addressed and it’s been a big inconvenience to me having to keep bringing my vehicle back. For issues that should have been fixed initially. I purchased a vehicle warranty and should be able to utilize it and not be terrified with leaving my car with this service department. Outside of that- the customer service needs improved. I called the service dept and was transferred to my service advisors voicemail twice with no return call. I then was asked to be transferred to the manager Steve who sent me to voicemail and didn’t return my call. I had to call in x 5 to speak to someone about the status of my vehicle. The rep who transferred me said she was sorry to have to keep sending me to voicemails but she is in another building and gets these complaints daily. When you purchase a vehicle and then an extended warranty you want to feel confident in the dealer you are leaving your vehicle with. Tony the master tech has been great- but

I scheduled my vehicle for a minor maintenance as per the sticker on my windshield & the maintenance warning message. When my husband & I arrived Aaron said it would be a 2 hr. wait, they were running behind. Than he said no oil change was being done, not at 10,000 miles since last oil change in May, which I was aware. New tires were put on in September, so no tire rotation needed either. The multi-point inspection should have been done in September which the rep initially said they would do but didn't. So Aaron stated nothing really needed to be done yesterday. My husband would have to check & top off any fluid levels. So the trip wad a complete waste of our time & gas!
