My RAV4 started shaking on July 4. I parked it and waited till Monday the sixth and brought it in first thing in the morning Adriana greeted me with a smile. Listen to everything I had to say about the car and Tony it would be OK. They would have it checked out by 3 o’clock that afternoon. I got the diagnosis by 3. it needed spark plugs and they could fix it by that evening, which they did. I wasn’t able to get it to the next morning and said I’d be there by nine. And when I couldn’t get there at nine, Adriana offered to have me picked up, which was very nice. However, I did not need that and my daughter brought me up. I was very satisfied with my customer service at Toyota.

Before making my 15,000 mile service appt, I asked what exactly was needed. A tire rotation was all that was needed so made my appointment. Once there i was informed I needed a brake fluid flush. I was upset as I counted on my dealer helping me take the best care of my vehicle. Didn't have enough cash to get the needed brake fluid change and refuse to pay your stupid credit card charge so left in a mad mood.
