Every one was very personal and polite and did a good job in customer service.
The one area of improvement would be the sound quality of the video sent to my phone from the technician. With background noise I was not able to understand what he was saying.
Also I was disappointed that when I asked it there were any discounts for Seniors or AAA there were none.
