Hello, I had an appointment at 930am. Waited for a part to be replaced. After about 2.5 hours vehicle was ready. After getting home, I noticed the issue was not corrected. I called spoke to Adrianna (Facts: I was pissed off and asked for the wrong service person.) and returned with my vehicle. Spoke to Aryn and Mitch the tech when I arrived. Adrianna also assisted. (FYI: These 2 ladies are very respectful. They listened to my concerns to find a solution. Thank you ladies!) New parts were ordered, issue was explained and it will be corrected. I appreciate the explanation but once again I must return to the Westside Toyota tomorrow and wait for my vehicle to be fixed. This is beyond frustrating and the time I've invested to have this issue corrected is extreme.

KJ provided outstanding service during my recent visit. My RAV4 needed significant work on the struts and brakes, and the total cost was initially more than I was prepared for. KJ took the time to explain the needed repairs clearly, listened to my financial concerns, and worked with me respectfully to find a solution that fit my budget.
Because of his help, I was able to complete all of the recommended repairs at Westside Toyota instead of delaying the brake work or taking the vehicle elsewhere to shop around. That made a real difference. He was professional, patient, honest, and solution-oriented throughout the appointment. I left feeling that I had been treated fairly and that my safety and budget both mattered.
