I’ve purchased three cars from this dealership and have taken two cars up to this point for all work into the dealership Service Department.
Might want to give people some better options when it comes to quoting. I was quoted for something at 3500 said I would not pay that and I would come get my car and take it elsewhere. Got a call back and it was dropped down to 1500 if I hadn’t of been questioning of a high price. I would’ve been out an extra two grand for something that is comparable.
To me, that’s not good business and being upfront. Give me the option to decide if I want to take Toyota factory parts or if I wanna take something else instead of just quoting me at the highest price. Will likely still bring in my vehicles but to me times are tough and that is a significant difference in price. Lots of options for service.

I did not know about the recalls. When I scheduled the appointment it was for oil change and inspection that was going to be about 1 1/2 hour. The recalls added 5 or 6 hrs. As I had no ride i opted for oil change only meaning I had to come back another day. I didn't know about the surcharge, I wa told it was started a year ago. That was not help after the fact. Things are getting more and more expensive, I will go back to cash and carry with predetermined prices.

I had had my key fob battery replaced very recently and for some reason, my car keeps saying battery low. I get all of my service done at Toyota and so I asked if with my service maintenance today could I please have the key fob battery replaced for free? Selena said that it was not up to her. She would ask parts and then I asked her before pick up if they said it was OK and she said no they said no. I don’t understand how or why I should continue coming to Toyota for Maintenance when simple requests like that can’t be honored. We spent thousands of dollars at Toyota and we continue to take our maintenance to the dealership despite it being more costly, but we do it because we trust the service. It really made me think of my value as a customer.

I was told on the phone my appointment would be an hour. When I arrived I was told it could take an hour and a half to two hours because it was marked as dropping off. I said I always wait and I had an open house I needed to set up for so the sooner I was able to get done the better. Aryn respected my time and kept the process moving. Aryn made me aware of needing new tires, the tire sale going on until April 30, and provided me with tire comparisons to review. The entire appointment was 90 minutes and the open house was successful. Thank you to all that were involved!
