It took like 2 hours for service on my Corolla cross,they said it was done at checked me out. Then I was waiting for my car for like 20 minutes because they lost my keys..then they didn't wash my car and said sorry it was broken after I had seen many cars that were cleaned drive up for other people, they told me to come back some other time for a wash..then as I was driving home I noticed that my dash said no message and I couldn't get it back to to odometer so I called in from home and It went to voicemail so I had to drive all the way back to have someone fix it, plus my Mom keychain on my keys was broken and fell apart when I got home to top it off. Not happy with service today....I don't want to be contacted back at this time

Well, first of all I had to bring in my car again because something was forgotten the first time which is hard to schedule. Secondly, there’s rust on my vehicle that your staff says is from the transportation of the vehicle on the trains. They called it rail dust, and they’re telling me there’s nothing they can do about it, even though the car is always parked undercover and in garages and taken very good care of. I don’t find it acceptable that someone can spend nearly 50 grand on a car and within two years it starts rusting without damage. Not to mention the tiniest pebbles on the freeway are putting huge dents in my car from normal driving the paint is beyond destroyed and the team is telling me they can do nothing. Your company says it’s to make the car lighter but what you’re really doing is cutting cost on your end while increasing cost on our end and now the car I just bought is beat to bits from normal use unacceptable

Entry bay was blocked, a Porter placed an out bound car in the way. I parked and was told by the Service Writer that I needed to move my car in.
It’s not my issue if your team blocks doors.
Also, I have NO interest in selling my car. Stop asking each and every time it’s in for service.
Work was great. Just the mgt side.

Generally, the service was good. However, I was disappointed after paying $900 for work that included an oil change and tire rotation, as well as fixing a tire pressure sensor, that I did not receive inspection report and the tire pressure and all the tires was high, between 38 and 42 psi. It seems like for that amount of money and the type of work being done. The tire pressure should’ve been adjusted to recommended levels. I was also very surprised at the cost of replacing a single tire pressure sensor. It was an excessive $300.
