We dropped off vehicle the afternoon before so the 4runner was there at service by 8AM the next day. The vehicle was not ready until 5PM. That is so crazy. 8 AM drop off should be done by a couple hour or at latest lunchtime...not all day which I kept looking at my phone for updates. Also no text was received about the vehicle during the day. I mean why not send a message saying Service has not gotten to my vehicle so I am aware. I called and after 3PM I was told the vehicle is just being serviced. Maybe hire more service technicians. Whatever happened to pulling in for a service too and having that done without any appointment? Also it is ridiculous to have to schedule an appointment for at least three weeks out if I was to wait for the vehicle which is by far my preferred way of servicing my vehicles. Most people have jobs and cannot be dropping vehicles off wait all day for a vehicle at work or home then have to get a ride back to pick up. I think Westside Toyota needs to make adjustments to their business so just getting a service is not an in your face stressful thing that is all day long.

Everything you guys do is excellent. The service the oil change but my real question and pet peeve is I get an oil change with synthetic oil for 10,000 miles but your reminder slip has 5000 miles and the reminder thing is set for 5000 miles so all it does is confuse me and then have a maintenance mind and 5000 miles. My question is why can’t we have it put for 10,000 miles?

Selena did fine. I am not happy with is the cost for services. $80 to change windshield wiper blades is ridiculous. 169 to clean and reseal tires is ridiculous. Your costs are prohibitive to doing future work

It's a very efficiently run operation with very professional staff. They respect our in advance appointment times, and get the process going quickly. The length of time for the service is reasonable. Now obviously everything is very expensive at the dealer. $49 for a wiper blade is kind of ridiculous. And that is why whenever I can I go to a local mechanic. The service is great, but the prices are not something I can afford on a regular basis

The Gr86 has been known to have rtv silicone issues in the oil pan. Apparently some may have excess amount in the oil pan causing the rtv to clog the oil return pickup which cause engine failed. Now, not all have this problem but, how can anyone know unless the oil pan is dropped and looked inside. I think Toyota should be more proactive in this matter. Probably won't buy another Toyota if this is how they handle a potentially big problem..y meeting with the service manager Sam Zimon went well.

Everything was fine, but it took an awful long time for an oil change and tire rotation- almost twice as long as the estimated 1 1/2 hrs. But the coffee is always good.
