I am very unhappy with the customer service. I am sorry, I don’t have the name of the representative who “helped “ me. He gave me the papers. I think he could explain a little bit about what services were done, as I remember from other times, but maybe the policy was changed. Then, he said I am going to bring your car. He came back, went to the office from the back, back to the reception desk, not a word! I asked, where is my car? Someone will bring it to you!!! If you don’t wash the car, don’t write down complimentary car wash performed!

Kenric was very good. He listened to me and got a manager.
However, I’m still not pleased that I had to pay for the front emblem replacement. I just replaced one for almost $400:a few months ago at Westside I think it wasn’t attached securely, I don’t believe someone stole it. And I don’t think my bumper hitting a snow drift forced it to fall off.
But I wanted it fixed. And I have no proof that I didn’t cause it. So I paid for it. There was no labor charge. I appreciate that.

I made an appointment to get a dash cam installed on my 2023 Camry Hybrid back in October. I also called on Monday of this week to see if I could get a rear view mirror installed that had the buttons for programming my garage door opener. I was told it wasn’t available. Well, I brought my car in today for the dash cam installation, waited two hours, only to be told that I couldn’t have it installed because I didn’t have Homelink. Not once did anyone ask me if I had it! What a waste of my time, and it showed a lack of competence on multiple levels that really disappointed me! I expected much better from Toyota! I even bought the car from your dealership! Shouldn’t your reps know what to ask to ensure the vehicle can work with the part? I was offered some sort of credit on my next maintenance visit, so an attempt was made to make it right, but you need to fix this problem so this doesn’t happen to another customer!
