Cesar was very helpful. He even took a late lunch ensuring that my needs were taken care of. I really appreciate that very self sacrificing spirit. He also gave me good advice on bringing my vehicle back letting me know when my Toyota care will expire and that I would definitely want to bring it back in before that so I can get another complementary check.

I asked to have the tire pressure looked at. Driver side rear is over inflated. I was told the tires would be rotated if they were the over inflated tire would have been found and adjusted. And that tire wouldn’t be showing an over inflated tire on the same side as when I brought it in today.
