Everyone was polite however I waited six hours only to learn that you did NOT have the part. The next day the car was not ready until 4:30. This one year I am using my MR2 as my main vehicle. It was difficult.
Suggest: 1. Keeping your customers in the loop.
2. Solving the problem that you are having with knowing your inventory (I heard you DID explain to your elderly customer that you called her for her tire replacement only to find that you only had THREE of her four tires.
