Gilbert was great. He was patient and kind. My previous experiences with a certain associate left alot to be desired.so I decided to go elsewhere for services I decided to come back and give this dealership another chance. Im glad I did Gilberto has amazing customer service skills and is very knowledgeable and made me feel heard and at ease. I will be back because of him.

Didn’t fix what they said they were. Multiple scratches were on the vehicle when I bought it, and I had an “I owe you” saying it would be fixed, so naturally I didn’t worry about it. When in yesterday and they said there’s only so much they could do, and recommended I buy something at the store.

The service tech indicated in writing that my car dropped off at 4:45 would be completed by 5:30. My car sat in the service bay until 5:50. I could see it from the waiting room. The tech apologized but said he was working on four other matters and couldn't get to my car on the promised time. That was a long time to wait for a tire rotation and then a hour ride home after a long day at work downtown.

My car was done pretty quickly but I needed a shuttle to pick me up and no one ever called to tell me they'd be coming. Instead I had to call and ask for it. Then the guy who came to pick me up was a maniac driver. If I wasn't wearing a seat belt I'd probably be dead right now.
