Mike is a fantastic advisor. He is quick thorough and I feel honest. I have had him for a lot of my service appointments and will continue to do so.

My car was under warranty. I had ignition coil problem. They took care of everything and the service was great and fast.

It wasn’t a problem for me this visit, but it could have been…and that was the shuttle service. I didn’t think it would even be available sne I lived in Racine, but it was offered so confidently, I was surprised when the pick up wasn’t a smoother process. Communication of pick up time and communication of the shuttle issues would have been nice. I ended up calling twice to find out what was going on and then cancelling the shuttle coming back up with my husband to pick up the vehicle. Not a big deal but could have been.
