It took over an hour to look at my cars front seat and tell me a new seat cover must be ordered. Exactly what I told the Service Advisor the moment he greeted me on arrival. I am dreading having to bring it in to actually have the cover replaced( a hour an a half job). I was an auto tech for fourty years. I know what I’m talking, as I replaced dozens of seat covers.
Amazing service from an amazing Service Advisor, Cesar Becerra! Would 10/10 recommend this dealership to anyone!!
