I had to rent a vehicle from your store. I kept calling to see if my truck was done. They called me after 3:00 p.m. I will never tell anyone to come to Sierra to purchase a vehicle. I have had nothing but bad luck.

I got a message that my car was ready. I waited for 15 minutes for someone to come get me and nobody did. It wasn’t until I went to the drop off area and asked that anyone helped. I made my appointment at 9:15 because I had to work at noon and I wasn’t out from Serra until 11 am. Staff is always helpful, but this was a frustrating experience.

Gilberto is a GREAT service advisor. I was at Wilde Toyota this morning and walked out because their service advisor was pushy and abrupt with me. I didn’t have to guess if he was only thinking about his commission when we talked. Mr. Rodriguez is the opposite, he seemed to be considering my interests and was actually checking my vehicle’s service history before trying to upsell me. I’m done bouncing around for my service needs, Gilberto is my guy!
