Straight forward with recommended services and typical inspection. Had an issue with my tires with the service team unable to provide why that was happening and assured me the tires were in good shape. Checking out was a rather unpleasant experience when I got an additional charge for a service they didn’t do plus the gentleman had to help the new guy and was very rude to in front of customers.

Sai explained both couldn’t be done that evening but still got the oil change done and arranged a rental so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced. Positives: Gilberto was fantastic to work with. He deserves a raise. The service was timely and it seems like it was professionally done.
Negatives: Prices have gone up. I will be looking elsewhere for future service. Additionally, they did not remove the foot paper and seat plastic after my car was ready for me. I was also not given a mail in rebate for my new tire purchase.
