Gilberto was very nice & answered all my questions. He made sure to help me get to the waiting area & car due to my limited mobility at this time. Because of the length of time this service was going to take, he offered transportation back to my place which I appreciated (much more comfortable)

We were getting tires it was buy 3 get 1 for 1.00 only 3 came in so we had to wait we did get a rental for free Cesar was very nice and then when we needed the alignment the vehicle ahead of ours was to heavy and broke the machine so we had to make a appointment to come back and have that done. Cesar did give us 10.00 off but that really didn't do much for all our frustration.

My technician gave me a break on the price after it was discovered that a walnut caused the damage. A critter got into my garage and apparently hid a nut in there that caused trouble with my windshield wipers. I laughed to discover they left the walnut in my car! I was super grateful for the deal, the ride home, and the great work they always do on my car. I’ve never serviced it anywhere other than my dealer!
