Alignment was not completed successfully. Vehicle still pulls to the left. I was made aware during the wait that the tech was having problems getting it aligned, but came back shortly there after stating everything was good to go. It was evident on the drive home that the tech working on the vehicle was not able to get it aligned properly. Left two messages regarding this on my drive home. Will need to reschedule to bring the truck back in for a second attempt.

Surprised that I needed a tire alignment on a car that is about a year and a half old. Our last Rav that we leased for three years never needed a tire alignment. What was surprising is that I was told I needed the alignment by the person at the service desk before the car went into the service area. It makes me wonder whether I really needed this alignment and if the $193.00 I paid was unnecessary.
