Just like Don Jacob's you to do...use simple service appointments to gin up outrageous estimates for additional services. $1000 for a front and back brake job??? Don't think so, when my Meinicke guy did it for half that 3 years and 23,000 miles ago,that tells the truth about the crap you guys are trying to pull off.
My service tech yesterday was a nice polite guy, but I won't be back. New dealership name but same old trying to scare me into additional services. Shame on you. I'm not putting this on GOOGLE and will give you guys a chance to stop the high pressure scare the hell out of me tactics to create more service work.

The initial service i received from Coco Rivera left a lot to be desired and left me feeling very frustrated. Once I voiced those frustrations to AJ and gave him the information I had regarding the situation with the car I had just purchased, he definitely went above and beyond my expectations to make things right given the shortcomings of his team in the initial pre-purchase inspection and repairs they had done. The sales team gained my loyalty to this dealership and I was worried about the interactions I had with the service department initially and the damage that did to my opinion of moving forward with them in the future, but AJ listening to my concerns and seeing things from my point of view as well as taking care of the dealership’s interests has salvaged their reputation with me. I would hope that there’s some systems in place to help Service advisors better communicate with customers in the future, but this also could’ve just been a fluke and either way I’m willing to give them another chance in the future and count this as a one-off failure that was definitely made up for.
