Christopher was pleasant and explained things thoroughly. The service took less time than he anticipated. He offered me a ride home by shuttle if I needed it while I waited.

I was not happy with the fact that even though I have requested a loaner car since I have to work night shift, the service rep that helped me, was put off by my remark and said that my car will be ready in an hour. I get that but at the same time, if I didn’t need the loaner car I wouldn’t have asked cause I would rather drive my car and be responsible for that and not a loaner car. I would love to continue to be a customer but I would like for him not to service me again.
