Travis was great! However, I’d like to know why Lexus of Cleveland isn’t a AAA certified garage and doesn’t participate in AAA discounts? Also, why isn’t the diagnostic fee applied to the repair if it’s done at your facility? I could understand charging someone who chooses to get the repair done elsewhere but not if it’s done at Lexus with your mechanics. It could actually make the cost of the in-house repair more palatable. These are 2 customer conveniences that should be afforded to a Lexus customer.
