Im not completely satisfied with what Dan told me. He said my rear brakes needed to be replaced first. This is inconsistent with what was sent via video. My paperwork was written up to indicate I was told to replace my brakes on my last visit. That is totally false. I was told to have it checked on my next visit. I work from home and ga e not put that many more miles on my car. This has broken my trust with Lexus Service. It is my 3rd and probably my last Lexus purchase because of this.

The drivers cooling fan that was replaced is still noisy. It is no different than when we took it in. Also, we noticed that there are scrapes and dents on the drivers side door threshold that were never there before.
Also, we’d like for you to review the video of our wheel rims before the tires were rotated. There is a large scrape on one of the rims that we also don’t believe was there. It’s possible it was there but would like for you to double check.
We are very concerned about the dents and scrapes on the drivers side door threshold as we are guessing this was done when the cooling fan was replaced. Something clearly isn’t working with fan and we’d like to discuss the replacement.
