He thoroughly explained the service process to me and escorted me to the customers lounge after retrieving my cell phone that I left in my vehicle. The wait time for an oil change was over 2 hours. Appointment was 3 pm, I was on time didn't leave till 515 pm. Was a long time for a scheduled oil change.
