Online scheduling is fantastic along with the confirmation call for the appointment prior. My wife was able to drop her vehicle off in the early AM and pick up her loaner in a timely manner without a hitch, which can’t be explained in words of how great that is.

Service rep claims he could not view Lexus service history for my Lexus vehicle. My failed Lexus battery was still under warranty but rep would not allow warranty refund without receipt. Look at service history and you will see battery purchased through Lexus.

Cortis Bunch - The service manager was very un professional and was being very disrespectful . I know he’s in the wrong profession dealing with customers upon intake and addressing concerns . We all have good days and bad days but maybe this was one of his but he was an **** to a paying customer and not with upholding Lexus values and morales as it relates to the customer experience. Thanks Travis Clark for assisting and providing optimal expectation and also to Bunches manager who stepped in and with common sense to handle the situation professionally. As a customer I felt bullied just because of the color my skin but he didn’t realize that I was an educated black man who can handle myself without resorting or acting rude and disrespectful none of the less I thanks the Team at Lexus regardless this just one big terrible experience with this service manager, that I would not want any other customer to experience . I would be making review on my experience to help others avoid this treatment I have encountered, please let upper Management be aware of the treatment I have encountered , this won’t let me stop driving Lexus I’m huge fan and been a owner since I was old enough to sit around a staring wheel but Mr Bunch of you know what was the only negative.

I was very impressed with all interactions with Metro Lexus in the middle of this conundrum. Losing access to your go to vehicle in the middle of a Christmas season while preparing for a road trip is not pleasant, but you all helped me navigate through it.
