The quote given over the phone when I made the appointment was not what I received in person. The time of service also was not the same. Also for spending two and a half hours in the showroom, what happened to the niceties? No remote control available, crummy magazines available and no cookies!

this dealer is gouging customers. $69 to replace an air filter. $120 to replace a cabin filter. over 300 to replace a bulb. the final straw was they recommend a $1700 replacement of an oil valve on a 2013 rx350 that another lexus dealer said would only improve the gas mileage.
