Jeremy went above and beyond by helping me with my Bluetooth problem. As it turns out the problem was probably due to my having an IPhone 14. The factory reset I had to have worked on iPhones newer than the 14. Disappointing that Honda (not you folks) didn’t mention it. Thanks to Jeremy for the help.

My service agent disappeared. I had to text no less than 7 times with no response. Then call and I was told over and over she was “helping other customers.” Finally I asked for the manager over the service department who texted me my car was ready. And told me that she was out sick. That’s great but does anyone take over her service accounts???? So for two days, my car was still in your shop when it didn’t need to be while I am desperately calling and texting trying to get my car back before my vacation. Clearly your automation and answering service were not properly informed and had I not asked for the service manager I wouldn’t have had my car back until after my vacation in January. Oh, and when they delivered the car to me, all the lights were flashing that there was no gas left when I know I dropped it off with a quarter of a tank. So I couldn’t even get my car to a gas station! After enough, screaming, they finally went and filled the gas tank with enough gas for me to get home. Total fail on customer service. And please don’t call me or send me emails during my vacation. I’m over it.
