I had recall work done our CR-V. The recall notice said it should take about one hour to complete the repair. I made an appointment for early morning (7:30) thinking I would be done within that time frame. The completed work order said it took about an hour to fix, yet I was at the dealership for over three hours. My concern is what good is the appointment if the mechanic didn’t start working on my car for almost two hours?

The car seems in much bad shape with much louder noise post maintenance. Took back to service and they did test ride and they say there is no issue but the noise is extremely loud after maintenance. This could be because we have replaced only two tires. When we took back to the dealer we expected basic troubleshooting and if we needed to change other two tires we should have been advised. After spending $2193 across two days this service level is not acceptable. They scheduled for service last Thursday for full repair with out checking if they have struts they removed old struts did half the repairs and they asked us to come back next Tuesday when struts will be available. The car was not usable between Thursday and Tuesday. I have not seen this level of poor customer service before. We need full refund back for the service or fix the car issues specially the loud noise.
