No personal interaction with me what so ever. It was done through texting. If I’m paying for a service I would like to see that person face to face and explain what was done and need to be done. Felt pressure to do service I was not ready to do. It took 2 plus hours for an oil change. Don’t know that I will continue service there. Before you put technology in the mix, your service was exceptional!!
