Not Justin's fault at all, it was busy because someone called out and there were a lot of customers, my service took about 1 hour and 15 mins later said I was told so I can't lie and say I was completely satisfied.

Jeremy was exceptional and the trope of worker that makes Honda look good! He was professional, helpful and smelled nice. I waited 3 hours but didn’t mind it. Got one of two of the recalls fixed and would like it if Honda could compensate my time and trouble of having to return a second time to complete the second recall, with an oil change. The parts were not in stock and they were fixing the cameras for people having trouble. I am not having trouble at this time and can wait for the parts, however; it’s an inconvenience as I live in Cave Creek and am down to only my one vehicle. Anyhow, Jeremy did a great job and I hope to work with others in the same way should he not be my representative when I return.

Some of the recommendations are excessive and not necessary per research I have done. This has happened multiple times. Stick with what is recommended in the Honda manual.
